Caffe Epulario - Bolzano

My family of 4 went to this cafe shortly after arriving in Bolzano for the first time. They were open, but did not seem to want to serve food anymore, just booze. When I asked for menus, the owner/manager literally rolled her eyes!!! (The waitress was, however, very polite and apologetic. Needless to say, we left shortly after that. I have never felt SO unwlecome and been treated with such disdain in any restaurant anywhere in the world, and coming from South Africa, that's saying quite a lot...

Great bar that also offers different dishes of Tyrolean cuisine and not. we stopped for a snack and eventually we had lunch. good and abundant sandwiches, excellent crepes, good coffee. honest prices and professional staff available. Good.

Apparently personal cold, but they are actually available and competent. the food was great (canederli and strüdel fantastic) and the environment is simple but cared for; very clean bathroom

Very quiet place, spartano and with prices within reach. delicious coffee. wide type of croissants. excellent dishes. alessandro the bartender, very kind and helpful, the very professional and courteous owner and Miss jennifer in serving us was very fast, careful and never intrusive in his work.
