The Hawthorn’s - Bolton

I went to this restaurant today for a funeral reception. The food was excellent, and the manager and her son were amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond for us. The venue was excellent as well.

I chose to host my Dad's funeral at The Hawthorns and I must say, they made a difficult day absolutely incredible. Dawn and Kirsty were incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout the planning process and on the day itself. The venue is stunning and the food was delicious. Their customer service is top-notch, receiving a perfect 10 out of 10. We will definitely be returning to renew our wedding vows. The Hawthorns is now our go-to place for any celebration. Thank you for your support and kindness.

What a great venue. Set back quite a way from the main road, perfect for children. Lovely view and outside area. Plenty of parking. Spotlessly clean inside. Granddaughter’s christening. Plenty of room and tables not cramped together, enough room if you want a singer. Food was amazing and drinks are very reasonably priced. Although the perfect venue what made it for us was the staff, so friendly and bubbly nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

We have been here a few times and are always surprised by how quiet it is. The venue is lovely and the staff are excellent. This day hubby opted for mushrooms and Sunday lunch. I, being gluten intolerant had a cod Sunday lunch and onion bajji. I have to say that the young lady waiting was very good helping sort something for lunch for me. I really recommend going here.

Even have eaten here several times. The food is good quality, cooked and presented well. The staff are very accommodating, friendly and courteous. The restaurant is very bright and airy with a good ambience inside. There is also outside seating if needed. Would very much recommend theirs restaurant for a good dining experience.
