Bidrage med feedbackMy family visited the restaurant on a busy Saturday night. We were seated promptly by the great staff and quickly ordered drinks. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was impressively fast. The food we ordered was excellent, especially my personal favorite, the baci prima Vera, which was delicious and exactly how I like it. We ended the meal with some delicious coffees.
The service started off well with attentive staff taking our orders and delivering our food and drinks promptly. However, after our initial order, we were neglected for the rest of our meal. Despite asking for more drinks and the dessert menu, they never arrived, and we had to flag down a waitress to ask for the bill after waiting for 20 minutes. Ultimately, we had to go to the bar to pay. The food itself was disappointing, with watery sauces and bland steak. It felt like our party of two wasn't worth the restaurant's time. We have had much better experiences at other Italian restaurants such as Leo's and Ciao Naoli, which offer a more intimate atmosphere and superior food and service. Additionally, it was surprising that they did not serve Italian lager in an Italian restaurant. This visit will be our first and last.
We had a lovely time eating at Baci! The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was really nice. Pizza was perfectly crisp, cocktails were fun and lovely, thank you so much for a fun evening:
This was a 60th birthday party that was planned 3 months in advance with Baci, there was no one else in the diary at the time. It was for a party of 26. On the night of the 60th, the surprise was ruined by a member of staff ringing me to ask if I’d been up with balloons and to tell me that the manager told staff to move the decorations and table arrangements. When my family arrived they were struggling to sit us, and when they did we were all hemmed in, and couldn’t interact with each other, when we complained they tried to satisfy us by sending out loads of garlic bread, how much garlic bread can you eat?? Even though I had been up the night before with everyone menu choices and put names next to the choices it was a shambles, the staff had ignored this and obviously given another party preferential treatment. Not bothered about my 60th celebrations and all the money they made from my family and friends, steaks were uncooked and not cooked to peoples preferences, one steak was even cold! I will never visit this place again now.
Is a fantastic restaurant we been a fews time with family, it always been good but this time I think the standard have drop.the service is ok but a lots of waiting for the service, we ordered 2 soup and a tomato garlic bread it take a long time to come and the the garlic bread literally it got bubble burn all round the edge ! I mean burn, I am also a chef for over 40s years believe me I won’t serve that to any of my customers Of course I did not complain when staff ask is everything alright they can see is not because I got all the burn bits on the plate and table I work in catering for a long time I never complain I know the feeling when customers complain. My wife had the risotto she said is good every time that why she ordered but this time is not as good, I had the steak is no problem , even after we pay and leave pasting other member of staff , not 1 staff said thank you and good bye
