Strid Wood Tea Rooms - Bolton Abbey

The pick-up service kiosk was efficient and staffed by friendly employees, as the tea rooms were closed. The selection of cakes and beverages was diverse and delicious. There were plenty of seating options available outdoors, both covered and uncovered.

The atmosphere is lovely and green, with a friendly vibe. It’s a wonderful day to enjoy the outdoors.

They do their best to maintain social distancing, but the restaurant is small, and a wait can quickly build up. The two ladies working there must cover at least 30 miles a day with all the running around they do. The younger server is really friendly and beautiful. We enjoyed hot chocolate, tea, and cake, and everything was absolutely delicious!

Beautiful NZ-Dame served us. we had a chat and the world to the right. beautiful large cup tee and the cake was also fab.

Very welcoming staff, Covid guidance followed beautiful surroundings. Ideal place for a walk followed by cuppa and cake delicious!!
