There was a line and workers literally just looked at us and just kept doing prep, 3 of them. Then someone finally came from a back room to take orders and no one was making the drinks. Coffee was good though

1 star mostly because of the non existent service. Every time I go in this location and get to the register, whoever is working behind the counter goes and hides and ignores the customers waiting in line. If you are lucky enough for them to finally acknowledge you, your order takes an eternity and never have I ordered and actually got what I asked for.

Excellent service, coffee always the way we like it and super polite, congratulations.

These folks are on another planet, taking their sweet time. Not attending the register while people wait. Then taking orders insanely slowly. I waited for a while then had to leave empty handed. Then was late for an appointment i had anyway. Very frustrating.

Comfortable app, but not always easy to use. Comes occasionally. And make sure you get your order through all the way.
