I enjoyed dinner and drinks at this restaurant. The location is stunning, the cocktails are strong, and the buffalo chicken wrap was absolutely delicious!

The View, the View, the View! At Tavern on the Lake, we enjoyed a lovely dining experience on a private outdoor deck, just for our group. The stunning view of Lake George made for the perfect backdrop. Our server was absolutely delightful! While the food was a bit expensive for what it was, the location definitely justifies the price. With two adults and three kids, everyone found something they loved on the menu. We will definitely return! Service: 5

We experienced complete lack of connectivity during our stay. Our cellular service was unresponsive, and the hotel Wi-Fi didn’t extend to our room, despite confirming its availability when we made our reservation. The manager was dismissive and blamed the poor Wi-Fi on the mountains, as if there were actually a mountain obstructing the signal between the router and our cabin. They offered to move us to a suite for nearly double the price or suggested we leave. Ultimately, we decided to cut our stay short and only spent one night. To add to our disappointment, we woke up in the morning to construction taking place right next to our cabin, which we had not been informed about beforehand. On a positive note, we did receive a refund for the nights we didn’t use.
