McDonald's - Bolton

Line up was too long, so I went in. Inside, only 4 people in the line. Great. There was a while to learn that there was no one on cash (only one register). They have redesigned the order inputs in order not to work. There's a wall right behind the money that gives a clear look to the employees to see if people are waiting to place an order. You really seem to be driving through, but it's not much faster. I left. That was Saturday morning. Parking was quite empty.

I bought 2X20 Nuggets and 3 Pommes. We only have 1X 20 pieces. I called the shop 22 times to advise. No one was answered and the last 2 call was BLOCKED. Strong customer service. All trips forget a part of an order now and...then. But refusing to take a call to replace the item and then block the calls shows complete disregard for a customer. Not getting the replacement is a smaller problem compared to blocking a call!

I have consistently experienced long wait times when ordering at this restaurant, even on my most recent visit. This has happened repeatedly over the past 10 visits or more. I believe that McDonald's should put an end to this issue.

I waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes, only to be directed to park and wait. I spoke to one of the employees who told me it would be another 40 minutes. At this point, I just want a refund and do not plan on returning.

Please do yourself a favour and do not work at this location. The management is absolutely horrible and do not care about you or anything you may be dealing with outside of work. This was my second job at a McDonald’s and will most definitely...be my last. If you were to have any concerns you would have to chase them down constantly and you will most likely be ignored. The only thing I got in return was severe amounts of stress and unwanted problems. Especially as a grade 12 student you would hope they would be a little flexible with your hours but they are not at all and do not care. Please do yourself a favour and do not work here if you have any other options I suggest you shortlist them over this restaurant!
