Fantastic food, excellent ambience. We had a 4-course menu, everything was very good, the part was a bit too much, definitly if you had a 4-course menu. The sections on the plate can be somewhat smaller. We had the comparison wine, 3 glasses white wine and a sweet wine with the dessert. All were very nice and well compared, although it would be a proposal to ask the customer if he prefers a red wine on the meat. As an extra we got a fabulous amuse with a comparison prosecco, we recommend this restaurant, go and find out a bit of fine restaurants in Bolsena.

Excellent food .. nice Owners. We found the dishes to be a little too salty but this is our taste , I believe the region like it this way . Overall great food and lovely place
