Wok Around - BOLOGNA

Good food! Very good for Bologna. If you are tired of Italian food, check out this place. Menu options are on the wall. Fast service, good beer selection and large portions. The place is in the student district. It's not chic, but it's really clean and really good. I wish I found it yesterday.

Food is nice. Price is fair. The lady is very gentle and friendly. She speaks English very well, which helps me a lot with food and pay. You can even make the food based on the original preference combination. u choose the base (rice or noodle or also) and the dish (meat or fish or etc.) and supplement. with this service and NO coperto loaded, its a great place. also it is located in a cute area with many bar. So you can either get full and go to the bar or get drunk and eat curative food. Open until midnight. Nice! I ordered cattle frames and Takoyaki. Ramen part was sarisfied. Btw only one Lil Tips, maybe you can use udon to make the smokers instead of egg yolk and the takoyaki must be boiled lil longer. I was a bit underboiled, but others were fine... just my luck. I'll come back when Im is back in Bologna!

Last week, and somewhat randomly, the owner of Wok Around took me up and gave me a ride from the airport to my house in Bologna at 1AM because my flight had landed too late to get an aerobus. I haven't been to his restaurant yet, but I can only say good things about him and how kind he was.

I came for a late snack, ordered there and took it with me. Had the takoyaki and shrimp dumplings. Dumplings were good, takoyaki, well, not bad at all. Good choice for sudden late hungers, or if you are sick of italian food (which I never am)

Totally love the food ! You gotta wait a lil bit however it's worth!
