Per ora ho provato i tortelloni ripieni di ricotta e noce moscata e i vitelli, entrambi deliziosi! lentamente proverò tutto ma non dubito che il resto è grande troppo! personale cordiale e disponibile, non sempre avere tutto ciò che suggerisco di chiamare e prenotare, entro poche ore prepararlo se non lo fanno. molto soddisfatto

Ho mangiato molte volte la pasta fatta dai meravigliosi chef di Pasta Lab ed è sempre spettacolare. Excellent service. Food was delicious and very unusual which was fabulous. It’s an expensive restaurant but the experience was great.

Very fun and lively restaurant with imaginative dishes. We were impressed with every dish we had. One of most memorable (and surprising) was the ginger granita dessert served with chocolate sauce.

Vivo Taste Lab is an extraordinary restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were transported to a unique and exceptional Italian soirée. We were warmly greeted by the hostess, offered our choice of lovely tables indoors and in their covered garden, received an informative orientation to the impressive menu by our server Zak (who we later learned was the son of the chef and hostess) and chose the customizable tasting menu which perfectly paired the chef’s recommendations with our taste preferences. The service was warm and impeccably timed and the food was innovative and exquisite. The other guests were all Italian and interesting to observe and the atmosphere was quiet, fun, sophisticated and conformably refined. Following our stellar meal, the restaurant family including the son’s charming girlfriend joined us for an after dinner drink and conversation. This was the best meal and must memorable evening of our 3 week Italian holiday! Go there now!
