Tried this place and we were very pleased we did. Pasta with clams, plenty of clam and a creamy green sauce. Fish of the day with fantastic potato and a good aubergine side Inventive modern Italian cookery. Well presented ,charming waiter. Shot goid wine list Deserves to be well known

We had a very nice meal at the Trattoria La Treccola. We were welcomed by a very friendly waiter who knew his menu inside out and gave us excellent recommendations in English. He also recommended a very nice wine. The food was really amazing. We would love to come back many times.

I went to this restaurant with 3 friends after reading wonderful reviews on Trip Advisor. We were very disappointed. The owners pride themselves in changing their menu very often so as a result, it’s very hit or miss. The menu is small so if you hit a ‘miss’ day, you might find there is little choice. The day we went, there 3 choices for appetizer but 2 were tartarre so if you want tartarre, you only had 1 option. One friend chose the fish which was good but her dish was small. Another friend and I had the veal cutlet which was very ordinary and huge. The potatoes were very bland. The service was not very friendly. My friend asked not to have cheese on her cutlet and the waiter refused which let us to wonder if the dish was frozen and not prepared on the premises.

Locale piccolo, ma carino, con arredi tipici di trattoria. Ho mangiato davvero molto bene: buona cotoletta alla bolognese con contorno di patate al forno, ottimo tortino di cioccolato con frutti di bosco. Personale di sala gentile e rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

Cibo ottimo e di altissima qualità. Super consigliata la carbonara di mazzancolle! Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire veramente a nostro agio. Serata da ripetere!
