Forno Pasticceria Valentini - BOLOGNA

I got a slice of Tenerina (chocolate cake with a texture almost similar to a brownie) and a slice of Strudel (apple cake). LOVED BOTH! One of the best Tenerinas in Bologna! And the Strudel was amazing as well: lots of apple pieces as I like, but probably too much icing sugar... I had some panettone and pandoro (Italian Christmas desserts), but they were a bit dry, probably because the pieces were just bites to try as samples for people who bought other things so were there already cut whereas you 're supposed to cut them just before eating.
