Bidrage med feedbackAfter I found out that aldina gluten-free bolognese street food, my wife and I were intrigued. we brought the trek to eat there. the first impression was fantastic. this is a very casual type of place where they order at the recipe, and they bring to them eating or taking away on several benches. the personal was super friendly, realized that we were not native and took the time to explain what their specificities were. we ordered a piadina and two croscioni to share. all are available with different fillings. we're done with a sweet aldina. price is also very good for what they get. I am also super impressed by the fact that the teig they use in the piadina and croscioni is so great, tasty and does not break what a gluten-free teig is very hard to do.
I came with a friend who has celiac. eating is delicious and I would like to eat here, even if I was not specifically on the look for gluten-free eating. the owners were very friendly and helpful to explain the various dishes and to help with Italian. we came back several times and I would recommend it to everyone.
Something from the tourist route to the corner from the sick house, but oh, so the trip is worth it. the chance to eat proper bolognese piadina and crescioni was not to miss and aldina was not disappointed. the crescioni with pumpkin, wood charcoal, crumble and balsam glaze was sensational. choose from three different custom teigs (all gluten-free, which lasted over a year perfect) and enjoy. they also do fabulous gluten- and lactose-free bakery. they are on justeat, mymenu and deliveroo if they do not want to make the trip personally. inadmissible if they have a gluten or lactose intolerance.
The staff helped explain the menu and was very friendly. the piadina was a great part and a very good value. the hummus and sweet alderina was very tasteful. brownie was excellent. it was wonderful to find a high quality gluten-free restaurant in italy.
A wonderful, new gluten free fast food restaurant in Bologna! I was so impressed with the amount of sweet and savory options, including drinks and beers. I got a piadino with mortadella which was huge and delicious. The owner catered to me and helped me make a decision on what to get, and even spoke with me as I ate. He was very funny, friendly, and happy to tell me about himself and the restaurant! Would definitely recommend this place to celiacs, those with a gluten intolerance, and even those without!
