Acquolina - BOLOGNA

Small and welcoming place where to taste hot and cold preparations very inviting guided by the friendliness of the owners. A pleasant surprise.

I was with a friend who had exploited the Tripadvisor channel to look for a place a little different from the usual for lunch break in Bologna. The room is clean and, unlike almost all gastronomy, it does not smell fried or cooked. The owners are well dressed and perfectly in order. Everything in there, from the products exposed to the counter, has a pleasant fresh note...it is a pleasure to see! The counter is well supplied and full of particular and delicious things. It seems to me that I have taken a line based on special proposals and often gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian. We had lunch because they have two tables and everything you need to prepare the covers. Finally something different, proposed in a friendly and affordable way in Bologna! I'll be back soon!

In passing, we had lunch in this gastronomy that has some small tables. Vast vegan assortment, excellent vegetarian dishes. Too bad they're not in our parts, we'd be happy more often... Good, nice, honest prices. What else to say? We support this place!

I went from this bakery on a friend's advice one night I didn't want to cook.... I press that I've never been to a bakery... Exaggerated prices ....I think next time I will go to coop to get a ready salad if I don't want to cook otherwise with that money I sit in a restaurant!

I was a couple of times at the Gastronomy Acquolina, and it is every time a surprise: rich proposal of first, seconds, and new dishes, never tasted, all excellent. I also found an offer of different types of bread: with wholemeal flour, kamut, cassette. I chose the whole bread, and it was really great! At the store you can also find honey, of excellent quality. If you don't know where to eat, and you want to try something different, go through the Water Gastronomy!
