Subway - Bollstanaes

The staff at the restaurant did not speak Swedish well enough to accurately take my order, and they mistakenly charged me for an extra item I did not receive. When I returned with my receipt moments later, they refused to acknowledge their error. Instead, they attempted to make amends by offering me cookies as compensation.

I recently visited Subway and had a mediocre experience. Ordering correctly can be difficult if the staff only speak English, which not all employees do. The food was average, with the salad I ordered being decent but not filling. Overall, it was a typical Subway meal.

The service was very welcoming and the food was delicious, despite arriving near closing time.
