Otr Port Wakefield Road - Bolivar

Toilets are disgusting. $27.00 worth of food, threw it out. 15 minutes of waiting for a coffee order, ask a staff member but got ignored took another 5 minutes. Food standards here from my experience will make someone ill.

Wok in a Box had the best noodles I have ever had. I have tried other Wok in a Boxes and they have all been dreadful, but this one was amazing. Looking forward to going back ASAP.

I would think the consistent bad reviews for the cleanliness are losing customers for this OTR. Surely it would be worth the owners employing someone to keep the toilets clean and wipe over the tables. Visited today and both were disgusting. Why would we want to eat in a place where hygiene obviously isn't a priority?

Very Unprofessional and rude staff. went there yesterday and ordered a small Almond Latte. I was getting served by a guy with Red circle colour on his forehead without a name badge so didn't see his name. He was charging me for the big coffee and when I have asked him to change it to small he replied that's the price for small coffee and didn't realise that i can see the order on the screen. He got he disturbed and changed my order to small one without even saying a simple sorry. anyway i have paid and remind him for almond latter as i have problem with normal milk. Once he was making coffee i saw that he pour the normal milk and tried to ignore it as i was thinking that he is making coffee for someone else. Once i got my coffee and had 1 sip it was a coffee with normal milk. I went back and asked him and he got angry and didn't even bother to say sorry or offer me my proper coffee which i have ordered. very unprofessional rude. I don't know what he was thinking. it could have been worst if someone with dairy allergy had the same incident there. Anyway, i think the owner should know this and train the staffs accordingly as he is loosing business by his staffs.

Well we will never stop at port Wakefield again, toilets we’re disgusting, toilet paper all over the floor and generally very dirty, customer service was nonexistent, no manners at all, stood for ages while waiting to pay, they were too busy with their own personal conversations. Totally disgusting. One star is too much of a rating, but can’t put up any less.
