Mod Pizza - Bolingbrook

Finally dined in at the restaurant! The service was excellent and super fast. They have a wide variety of veggies and meats to choose from. I did have an amusing mishap with my pizza, though – the cauliflower crust broke while it was baking! But no worries, the staff quickly recreated my order. Thank you, it was absolutely delicious!

I always enjoyed MOD pizza. Both on Bolingbrook have wonderful staff and make my pizza just the way I like. This one seems to have a little more staff so it tends to be a little quicker turn around on getting your order ready.

I used to order from MOD fairly regularly when I worked at Meijer, but I was recently disappointed with my last order. The BBQ Chicken pizza was burnt, and the Mad Dog pizza I ordered had BBQ sauce instead of marinara. Additionally, the crust was stale and lacked flavor. I understand that kitchen staff can be overworked, so I’m not angry—just disappointed with this experience.

It's better to go into the store rather than opting for online pickup. My pizza was left on the counter for 20 minutes, waiting to be cut and boxed, while the staff hurried to assist everyone who walked in for their meals. They acknowledged that my order was nearly ready but then completely forgot about it, making me wait while my quick online order got cold. I wasn't impressed and wouldn't recommend this location. The Weber location seems to have better organization.

Scott was extremely friendly and helpful with with helping us order our pizzas. He was very clean, made sure to switch out gloves between putting the non dairy cheese and regular cheese on our individual pizzas so as not to cross contaminate. Thiswas our 1st time at MOD pizza. Ingredients were very fresh and refreshing that we could put as much as we want. Will definitelyvisit again.
