Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bolingbrook

On September 7th at about 4:00 I ordered a regular veggie dish like I at any other chipotle. there was a piece of chicken in the fajitas (I don't eat meat) and I kindly asked the food preparer to remove it. He ignored me and pretended he didn't see it or heard me. Moreover, the guacamole was clobular and had no taste because it had no salt, lime, zilantro or red wobble. I literally ate shocked, tasteless partly avocado mashed. I'm not gonna eat again at this crisp place. on the terrible customer service they can not even follow the recipes for the preparation of food.

This location was very clean, not to busy and the food was great, but it was very disappointing to walk in the bathroom and see that there was changing tables, we had planned to dine in but due to this inconvenience we were unable to do so.

This is the worst experience we had with any Chipotle location. We placed an order and when we reached there to pick the order , the order was not ready. We were told to wait for 10 mins for order to complete. We got the order and came home. To our surprise, there were no mention of names on the bowls and one of the bowl we requested as Vegetarian, is also given with Chicken in it. My dad who is vegetarian couldn’t eat due to this.I would never go to this place again. They are very careless.

I am a huge Chipotle fan. But this location always messes up and the food is always bad. My husband just picked up my families order and the beans were still hard. The guacamole is mostly just smashed up avocado and like one piece of tomato. Idk why they just can't get it together. My husband used to work at Chipotle when he was younger so I know what goes into the food and this location does not make the food properly. For the price we pay for food these days I would like the beans to be cooked through at least. ??‍

I got burrito today and it was the smallest burrito I have ever seen. It literally fit in the palm of my hand. The male manager was rude and couldn't help. Chipotle weber rd.
