Very nice and welcoming restaurant. Friendly lady greeted us at the door and escorted us to our table. The waiter was with us shortly to take our drink orders. He gave us advice on drinks and food. Very friendly guy. Service was really good and quick. Food took a bit longer but the quality made up for it. Portions was big and well prepared. Exactly how we ordered it. At times it was a bit noisy but it was because of the amount of people inside. I would suggest to rather make n reservation before hand. This was the best online reservation ever. No calls nothing. They even send a mail back to confirm your reservation. So, for us there was no wait at the entrance. Tribes give you a real African feel with many local dishes. My first meal of the trip in South Africa and I couldn't have had a better first impression than that. Beautiful atmosphere and super attentive and friendly service. The food is delicious and has delicate flavors, which made this restaurant one of the best I've eaten in the country. Amazing food, we had the snails, fillet steak( cut with a fork soft) and impala steak. Huge portions. My baked potato was super yummy, came with sour cream, but was about the size of a brick. Awesome service, our waiter checked up on us often without being bothersome. And definitely date night atmosphere. Good food, good service, reasonable price and friendly staff. I enjoyed my meal by the window taking in my dryer ou dings and a nice cool breeze. I didn’t feel rushed and took my time, atmosphere was pleasant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
