Bidrage med feedbackAwful awful awful- pricing not right on drive through menu. The staff is combative when you call it out- like aggressively combative saying: ‘well what do you want from us’. Staff also not competent to understand their menu. They rung up my order wrong 3 times. I asked to speak to a manager and the staff lied to me twice about the manager not being available and why they couldn’t help me. UPDATE: district manger called today to follow up. Very nice guy! Addressed shortcomings head on and advised me how they have been addressing to fix. New mgmt will hopefully turn it around. My husband has said in past week or two, tacos and service has been better. Update as of 6/19/22: staff at the drive through could not have been more pleasant and nice. They are now open more too. Order was correct.
Drive through is busy particularly after all the other weak fast food places close down. Pretty good food for the money. The box deals are filling and priced right.
Delivery drivers intentionally! they skip their order and leave them waiting for more than 30 minutes until it is deleted. in the meantime they have served a whole trip through the line. blacklist this place and avoid all bs. taco bell should not offer any delivery if they cannot fulfill their contractual obligations.
They shouldn't be where they don't have the time to wait. I just wanted to say not to advertise that they are open until midnight when their staff will pack up and leave more than half an hour prematurely. we arrived at 11:26 to the taco bell and waited 20 minutes behind 6 other cars to find out that the staff had decided to pack and leave more than 30 minutes early. horble management. taco bell has missed at least 7 customers, as there were also people behind us.
The service was slow in the drive was approx. 45 min, which is crazy, but eating came decent and the service staff was friendly, despite the amount of orders they had to treat.
