Q's Billards Eatery - Boise

We used to be regulars here. In the past years, since Covid really, the vibe really seems to have changed in here. There are a lot of, we will say… seemingly untrustworthy individuals that live behind the building and I myself have seen them come up to people in the parking lots trying to start fights. As a woman I will not go outside alone here. I do like their back patio and lots of pool tables to choose from. People are mostly courteous and will share the tables as needed. Ashley the bartender is the sweetest and makes the best drinks. Their food is delicious! It’s a typical dive bar, pretty laid back and fun. The patrons are what ruin the experience most of the time. This is a CASH ONLY business.Parking: Large parking lot and several side streets to park on. Though, the parking lot can be a bit sketchy at night due to drug activity.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to entrance and handicapped parking

Great place to get a drink, play pool, and get a quick bite to eat! Staff are always very prompt with their service and give top quality to everything they do.

OK so dive bar crawl did alone last weekend. I am from Texas, so I know these bars.It’s really big. The staff was attentive. Not the stiffest drinks and they serve food doing us all a favor. I tried their dollar burger or whatever I wasn’t to hungry and it was just what the doctor ordered. Hot quality grub and this is something I can’t say about other places except maybe that one west of downtown across from McDonalds in a gas station.This place is a pool bar with good food but the customers are it’s real downfall if there is any. Can’t describe it other than a weird vibe might be a place that’s changing cause if the neighborhood changing. Another thing is it’s cash only which isn’t necessarily a problem, but when you have one bartender and they have to cash out at every drink, it does take more time to get your next one. So be patient or order 2 at the same time. That’s what I did
