Magnificent Garden Llc - Boise

Went here on Saturday night for my birthday. The food was good what you expect. Atmosphere was great loved the look of the place, the little robots, the setting, great. But when it came to service sheesh was it bad. Im not normally one to complain but not 1 but 2 of the waiters/waitresses were extremely rude and unprofessional. One told 2 of my guest to hurry up and order other people were waiting literally in the middle of them speaking their orders. Another threw the plates on the table. When a few of the plates we orders did not show up we asked about them and my mom was told she need to order earlier with everyone else. We also tried to ask for oil for the grill and we’re told to just scrape our food off. All the while eyes were rolling. This ruined my birthday experience there and I would not recommend this place…..???

Absolutely wonderful restaurant. We go very often as friends or with family. The quality of the food is delicious. It is such a fun experience.

Awesome for all you can eat, but needing improvement for other Korean dishes in their completely different appearance from the pictures in the menu and on the wall and also in flavor and taste. Desserts are good. Service is good.

The restaurant is nice. The service was ok. The food...well you have to prepare it yourself so it depends on your tastes. What they do they provide like the salad looked like it was taken from a Ziploc bag and put on a plate. Big chunks of lettuce and I mean big. Overall it 's ok but nothing special. Kind of place you would take a first date to get the feel of the person.

My friend and I went here yesterday for all you can eat and didn’t have a good experience at all. The older woman with brown hair and bangs that served us was very rude to us from the start. We told her we wanted to do the all you can eat and she sighed very loud and acted annoyed with us the whole time. Later on during the meal, she came over to switch out the grill and as I was putting the meat on the new grill from the old grill, she grabs a tong and does it herself because I was struggling to take the meat off but then after she finishes getting it off she decides to throw the tong on our table which splattered tiny pieces of burnt food from the grill that was stuck on the tong then walks away without apologizing. My friend and I are both very quiet people and didn’t say anything but we could definitely tell that she didn’t like us at all, so we only did two small rounds of all you can eat then left because we didn’t feel welcomed. After we asked for our check, the lady brings it over and pressures my friend into giving her a tip. My friend is an extreme people pleaser so she left a pretty hefty tip because the lady was standing over her pointing at the tip section and watching her write everything. I will not be returning.
