Jumpin Janet's - Boise

My new funny hangout. This place is always here, but has a new atmosphere. Beverages generous and bar food is above average. If you like to shoot a pool and catch some sports, the hidden gem is. Trivia on Wednesday, if you are as intelligent as you think you are and if you are lucky to have Dotson as your server, you are in luck!

I found this place from Ubering Nick Owner to work. He had recently bought Janets and since we are both foods, I had to try! Chef Connor has created some great menu items. Typically, I get the Friday Special Meatloaf, Mash Potatoes crushed in a very good homemade mushroom / onion brown gravy. Page is a perfectly damped broccoli. If you are here for great sandwiches, do not expect fries, see the image of all large pages available - unique! Full bar plenty of beer available, Mika will serve you, she is great! Nice to have found this classic Boise Bar /Pool Hall with a new foodie twist!

We were there to watch the Superbowl, but after half the time, because our waitress was very drunk. The service was slow and the orders were wrong and the waitress spent most of the time hanging with friends at the bar and shooting. The loan goes to a second waitress who tried to serve/help/fix things. The drunk gave no names on tabs and was incapitulated so that it could not manipulate the touchscreen device used to take commands. That's why we left.

This is by far one of the best neighborhood spots! It has everything. Sports, pool, flipper, games, trivia and THE FOOD! It is defined Idahome style. All comfort food, always ask if it is a special. You won't regret it. If you want a cool atmosphere, it is perfect if you want to mix, it is amazing. Do you want to see a game BSU / IofU some NFL, NHL, NBA?? You have everything.

I usually don 't leave reviews but WOW Nick made my day!!! I got stranded in Boise during an airport nightmare that left me without food all day. Long story short after 2 flight cancellations changes, our plane got ditched in Twin Falls all passengers had to take a 2 hour bus ride to Boise re book their connecting flights for the next day. Thanks Alaska! We were coming off of a stressful day of travel with no hotel or food voucher just trying to find a place to stay at something to eat by 11:30 PM every kitchen in Boise was closed. I called Jumpin Janet told Nick about the situation he just kindly said Oh come by, I 'll be able to take care of you. He made me the heartiest most delicious chefs salad with home made ranch! Really was the highlight of the trip . Thank you for making us feel at home!
