Dirty Little Roddy's - Boise

Blonde server with a flower tattoo on her left shoulder spilled a drink on my friend and refused to give her a towel to clean up and didn't apologize, told my friend it was her fault. Be careful out there kids....

This was a fun spot for my wife and I to spend the night after dinner while traveling through Boise.As to other reviews, no it's not purely a western bar. It's a bar/club with a dance floor playing more club oriented country tunes. Fun time if you aren't expecting old country.The crowd was mostly younger but we felt right at home and we are 37 and 32. The mechanical bull was fun, as always, but a bit steep at $5 per ride. The operator wasn't the best but not horrible either. Worth one ride IMO.The drinks are indeed overpriced, but not too horrible. $3 for a bud light, $5.75 for a PBR tall boy. More club prices than bar prices, but thank God no cover.The vibe felt really chill. Didn't take much booze to have a fun time. Bartender even walked around and took orders.If I lived here, we would likely come again. Not all the time, but maybe once or twice a year.

Absolutely love this bar! good music and good drinks. all barkeepers are super nice and they pay attention to the customers. in boise they find no other bar where they can drive a bullen! 10/10 recommend!
