Base Camp Pong Axe - Boise

The food is great! The ax throwing is super fun! The people are friendly! Brunch is delicious! But OMG! The hours are terrible. I?d love to go in the afternoons but they don?t open until 4. And it?s a bit on the expensive side.

We rented the party room at Base Camp for our company holiday party this year. It was a fantastic experience! Our people really enjoyed it. The Axe Guide was super helpful and most everyone was able to get an axe on the target. Having corn hole and ping pong was really fun, too. We added a pinata to the fun and a photo booth.The food was yummy and all of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

We had a blast! I wish I had got the names of everyone so we could give them a personal shout out because the staff here rocks! The whole experience was fantastic. We hosted an event for around 175 people with a full venue buyout. We were so impressed with Keith and his team. They took care of all the arrangements, set us up with a fantastic site visit, and worked with our outside vendor to set our group up for success. The food was fantastic and they accommodated food allergies. They worked hard to keep the buffet and bar moving for our large group. Everyone had such a blast with the ping pong and axe throwing. Pretty fun place to go axe throwing! We had some good instructors that helped us out. We had a great time despite that the cocktails were canned and not freshly made by a bartender. The overall experience was good and hope to be back again!
