Tim Hortons - Boisbriand

I went to the restaurant and ordered a turkey bacon club sandwich, but it did not have any bacon in it. Then, I ordered a latte at the drive-thru, but received a black coffee with milk instead. I went back and ordered another turkey bacon club, but this time it was just a salad sandwich with no turkey or bacon. I also ordered another latte, but received another black coffee. I went to four different locations on four separate occasions and each time my order was wrong. I am always on the road and do not have time to deal with such incompetence. I will never visit this chain again, except maybe to use their facilities.

I had a difficult time understanding the French spoken at Tim Horton on Boul de Pierrefonds. Thankfully, a staff member eventually came to assist me in French. I ordered a trio but my sandwich was missing cheese. The coffee I received was hot instead of the cold one I ordered, but they did change it for me. They seemed to be unfamiliar with the menu. I will not be returning to this location.

Had a quick lunch at Tim Hortons. Loved the wrap for the Chicken wrap. Taste was ok, due to the sauce , chicken had no taste. would have liked more lettuce. Not sure if it was actually chicken or some artificial mix… lots of filling in it, which was good. I give 3 out of 5.

Does not honor promos when offered. went to buy hockey cards which are 1.00 off when buying a drink only to find out their rewards system crashed and as such I have to pay full price. I said no I don"t ...you have to void the transaction and should be charged for false advertising. Also many tellers do not even look at the till to see if free coffee earned on rewards card, I have counted 30 visits without a free coffee after scanning card each time. ridiculous. If they can not train staff to properly take orders then I have no choice but to switch to McDonalds coffee and tell everyone how horrible tims is. I normally purchase 3 per day. that is a lot of cash your missing tims. Rick S. in edmonton

My girlfriend and I went to Tim Hortons for breakfast before a shopping trip. We ordered two vegan BLT English muffins (without bacon), and a large coffee with two milks at the drive-thru. The service was quick, but when we tried to eat our sandwiches, we discovered they were both just egg and cheese, with no lettuce or tomatoes, and the muffins were stale. The coffee came with cream instead of milk and was overly sweet with sugar. This is the second time our order was mixed up at this location, so we won't be returning.
