At Tim Rosemère.From staff to their business, very slowly. We greet the cashier but no greeting from the staff at the checkout, although the service was extremely slow (for 1 coffee and a wrap). To think that at that moment we were the only two to be served... and to wait.The fake wood fire was lit but remained inactive.The worst was the floor that was at an angle to the wall: black dirt for a long time, even the floor under our table was disgusting.AND it was only 9:30 a.m. this Tuesday, December 12th.What a pity !!!Parking: Good locations includingthe few places for disabled people.

I ordered a ham and chedar sandwich for my dinner and we forgot the ham...

Good service and food. And my cheese panini was not burned (unlike other Tims)!
