Firehouse Subs Boiling Springs

I love the fire department store, but this SUCKS. Always messed up order, no matter what you order, has charged us for hot sauce that they do not have in stock and simply said ?sorry?, no refund or substitution offered. Don't you say that? The missing ingredients? ll just make it without and send it on the way. Disappointed every time I order through this place without failing, so I am about it.

Mistake. But how you deal with it says a lot. We ordered lunch back to work, and my daughters had nothing but meat. She's picky about meat. So called and the manger did not hesitate and took the order and delivered it personally to our job and even a cookie. Thank you. Most people wouldn't have got the time!

Have visited many times but service seriously lacks! I missed my lunch today as I called my order in, arrived at pick up time and nobody even acknowledged I was there for a good 10 mins before parking and going in and the girl was overwhelmed and no order! I realize the challenges of the fast food industry but you have lost me as a customer!!

Horrible service. This was my first (and last) visit here. Not once was i even acknowledged by the staff i had to ask if someone could help me. Finally a teenage boy approaches the cash register, doesn't say anything, just puts his head down and hand near the screen. I assume this is him ready to take my order. Not a single word, apart from my total, was spoken. When my order was ready they simply placed it on the counter. Didn't say anything at all. Several employees, all teenage boys, not a single word was exchanged. To be honest, I'm impressed. In the worst way possible, but none the less, impressed.

The Italian sub is grannies favorite. The kids working are always friendly when it comes to gran who is positive about what she wants.
