Starbucks - Bohemia

Order a iced caramel macchiato. No ice, warm and had no caramel in it whatsoever. Very disappointing. . .

I feel bad that the corporation is trying to break the employees forming a union.

2nd time to this location in the last 2 months and the staff is not friendly or efficient. Only bucks I've been to that doesn't say a name when they place the mobile pick up orders on the counter. Plenty of other locations to go to that are much better.

Left me standing there for ten mins as they forgot my coffee and served everyone else.

They always work hard and make great coffee. Even during the busiest times they crank out drinks with a smile. Wanted to take the time to write a review and thank them for doing something like this (pic) for Memorial Day. I have yet to see another business do this and I’m certain it means a lot to so many people whether they say something or not. So awesome of you guys
