Home Fries were the best item I liked from their side menu. However, today, they were way too salty, and the seasoning used was overpowering. Was there a change in the cook?

Once again, my order was perfect! This is the only bagel shop where you can choose each bagel individually for your baker's dozen, ensuring you get exactly what you want. The half-pound containers of cream cheese were filled to the brim, and the pimento as well as the bacon and scallion cream cheeses were very generously portioned. My coffees arrived hot, and the bagels were still warm. They certainly didn't skimp on the bagels either—these were nice, thick bagels with plenty of toppings!

Alyssa is detrimental to your business and is speaking negatively about your employees when they’re not around, all while dressing inappropriately. Brian seems oblivious to the situation, and the manager, Matty, appears to have an inappropriate attraction to Alyssa, which is very unprofessional. As a result, she seems to be taking charge and leading the establishment to decline. It's no wonder that staff are reluctant to work there with such a toxic environment. Interestingly, when Brian is present, Alyssa’s attitude shifts dramatically from problematic to pleasant. The management is clearly flawed, and customers are leaving at an alarming rate.

I was in Bohemia and decided to stop by B&B Bagels. The bagels and cream cheese were excellent! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality!

If the ratings are low, you can believe them! I saw multiple employees handling food without gloves and then touching the register. I ordered a wrap that was drenched in raspberry dressing—it soaked through both the wax paper and the wrap. It looked as if someone had dumped half a cup of dressing on it and thought, "That'll do." The bagel I had was as hard as a rock! On a positive note, the staff was friendly and there seemed to be plenty of workers. Unfortunately, the food was unappetizing and not edible. If you're choosing between pizza and bagels, go for the pizza place next door.
