Burger King - Boerne

Stopped here on the road from Ga to Ca. Food was great and Noah was super nice w great customer service.

Used drive through. Gave No napkins. No salt and pepper or utensils. Didn't ask or provide catsup. Fries were soft and unsalted, but the burger with cheese and jalapenos was GREAT.

People eating inside, doors are locked. Waited 10 minutes before staffed came and said they are closed inside.

Waited in the drive thru line for 40 … yes 40 … minutes today.I get to the window and the lady doesn’t look like she knows what the heck she’s doing. It took over 5 min just for us to get our food when at the drive thru window.After she hands us our food I ask for another sweet n sour sauce and she starts telling me that I need to order and pay for it because it messes up their inventory. I’m sorry what? I just waited 40 minutes for FAST food …. And I’m surprised to be concerned about your inventory. I said “consider me waiting in your line for 40 minutes as your payment.” She said I know that’s why I’m giving it to you for free this time. Hahahaha. There will be no next time. ??

DO NOT go to this location! It took 28 mins to get a breakfast combo with only 4 customers! Needs better
