Reasonable eating terrible service. my first and last visit safe, waited for the wrong food. most of my time saw the new kfc built over the road that wanted me to go there!

Reasonable food Terrible service. My first and last visit for sure, waited ages for the wrong food. Spent most of my time looking at the new KFC that was being built over the road wishing I had gone there!

Got to the restaurant just before 3pm. Sat down and ordered our drinks then our meals. We ordered starters and main courses and then the waiter said that all the food would be brought to the table all at once as the kitchens were closing....We then cancelled our starters and just had the main course, along with a bottle of wine and a couple of beers. We all ordered steaks with side sauces, one arrived without, so asked for the sauce, along with some ketchup. 3 times we asked for the sauce and ketchup. Once the sauce arrived, they asked us what we wanted for dessert as they were closing and having a private party for kids. We had only just started our main course! They should have informed us when we arrived that the kitchens would be closing and then we would of gone elsewhere. The Villeneuve Sur Lot branch opens all day on Saturday, and this restaurant being in the capital of the Lot-et-Garonne, thought would be the same. Customer service was awful and they could not care less. Food was not bad, just rushed. Would not go there again.
