Sonoma Coast Vineyards - BODEGA BAY

Very nice tasting room with views of Bodega Bay. Wine is good and servers are friendly and knowledgeable.

Went explored today and found a beautiful little jewel in Bodega Bay. Sonoma Coast Vineyard is picturesque, in a beautiful environment and has some great wines. Michael was knowledgeable, personal and did not try to sell the wine club. That's why I signed up for the wine club. It is a great place to make a tasting and enjoy the incredible views.

Beautiful small spot in Bodega Bay to enjoy a glass of outdoor wine on a beautiful day. I usually go for Cabernets, but they don't make any and so beat their red mix. The red mix was a fantastic recommendation! Next time I have to be in the area.

My wife is a member here and we often taste when we pick up our quarterly wine bottle... Michael originally shaked for us and he is obviously the Tasting Lead and new for SCV. He was pretentious and unhappy by joining in conversations, he wasn't part of, including the physically blocked line of sight while I was talking to another employee... trying to keep the convot! We wanted to make another tasting and more purchases today. but was shut down by the experience and will be back another time, hopefully helped by someone else. Very strange and unusual experience.

We came to Sonoma Coast on a whim when we were too cold to stay at the beach. We were quite wind blown and certainly not looking our best, but we felt like outcasts when we came in for the tasting. They seemed to reluctantly seat us and looked at us like outcasts. The wine wasn't bad, and I likely would have joined the wine club since we often go to Bodega Bay, but since we were treated so badly we couldn't wait to leave. In an area with so many amazing wineries and tasting rooms, it is surprising when service is sub par.
