Surf Break At Paunch - Bocas del Toro

Surf break at paunch is a great place. very clean. david and alison are a super nice couple. the tacos and smoothies should die for this. the terrace deck is located in the trees with views of the surf. we love this hidden gem. check their Facebook page for yoga on the deck, maps and more. but above all relax and enjoy a slower pace. we love this place take the taxi. john crudritter and mary leblanc

Morning yoga at surf break is a must when in bocas. the breakfast tacos, fritos taco and southwest chicken taco are to die. they definitely recommend a smoothie while they are there!
