Really delicious authentic Italian. Head and shoulders over other local restaurants. We had breakfast and lunch and both were so delicious and fresh. Healthy too. Very recommended. The hosts/owners are super friendly and helpful. Best meal in Bocas del Toro

Very nice little place on the main road. The hosts are very nice and you can get so many good pasta if you want something else than on the menu. And the pasta was like home. Not overhauled and so delicious!

My friend and I were thrilled that we chose this place for dinner, we had pasta with vegetables and Bolognese Pasta and it was wonderful! The attention is great and the place is super cozy! 10/10! Will eat again when I return to Bocas!

Great place! authentic Italian restaurant with the best pasta I had throughout Panama. the hosts were extremely friendly and they even made an extra table for me as a vegetarian. will go there again!

Happily recommend this delicious place to anyone! after being disappointed by other italian restaurants in panama we tried to give CF gusSto a chance... the italian owners from venice welcomed us heartily and served us a very delicious scaloppine al limone. we were very happy with the food and service. when i'm back i'll eat there again for sure! grazie mille!
