Ramen Lab - Boca Raton

Easy ordering, got the vegan ramen with the udon nudeln. not many options, but it was very good, could ask for a hot sauce if they like more seasoned.

They have vegan ramen, old dashi tofu, which is vegan when removing fishflakes, and chick noodles that are vegan. vegan smoker is delicious, though not that authentic tasting.

*update (7.31.20): their current online menu is inaccurate the flower cabbage is no longer vegan! I think they must have changed their vegans since the last reviews; my was spicy and full of taste. the vegan options are limited. but if you need something quick and easy, I say, try it!

The yelp reviews for this place were good, should have checked Happy Cow before going. The protein dish I ordered didn’t taste fresh and the sauce was unbalanced.The vegan ramen was bland and boring.
