Novello Restaurant & Bar - Boca Raton

Novello is an excellent restaurant. The quality of the food is extremely good as is their service. The owner, Marco, produces an excellent place to go.

Dinner was a real treat. Drinks were large and well made. Tomato and mozzarella was fresh and delicious. My veal sorrentino was exceptional as veal was tender and the sauce was light and flavorful. My wife’s pasta dish was cooked to perfection (Al dente) enough for the next day. Topped off with a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and a cappuccino. The service was extremely professional and friendly. The specials presentation was extraordinary. The owner was friendly and very personable. Definitely on our rotation.

The service and food are wonderful. The staff is very caring. The piano music is just perfect for dining.
