New York Grilled Cheese - Boca Raton

I recently tried the Harlem Hot Vegan grilled cheese from a new spot and, unfortunately, it's only available for a limited time. It's a real shame because it was absolutely delicious! The sandwich was loaded with gooey vegan cheddar, spicy vegan chicken patties, and pickles. The flavors were fantastic, and the pickles added a nice salty crunch to each bite. I really hope they bring it back someday! This update is based on my previous review from June 16, 2022.

Vegan options are clearly labeled, and the vegan grilled cheese is a generous portion with a traditional, indulgent flavor. It's perfect for a classic grilled cheese experience. The mushroom soup on the side is also excellent!

My non-vegan friends have remarked that their vegan grilled cheese is even better than the regular one! I'm really impressed!

The village vegan sandwich is incredible and so is the mushroom bisque it comes with!

Ordered vegan grilled cheese with onions, poutine fries and mushroom soup. The cheese was not quite melted, the bread and the sauce were favorable, but the mushroom soup tasted like gravy. I will try the restaurant again, but I will skip the soup and order the vegan poutine fries again, which were great.
