I've been visiting this place for a year. Jalapeño cheddar is my favorite. You have the best staff. Cici has freshly baked my favorites as soon as they expired. She is friendly and hospitable all the time and she is the best.

Update: I think the staff or management has changed the direction here. Incredible Bagels incredible coffee and incredible smiles, from the first day I went into this Einstein Bagels I felt like I was home. The entire staff is super friendly. There is no better way to start your day with a Einstein Bagel! This place has become such an incredible hidden gem and the staff works super fast to pump orders honestly love the energy that this place has! Everyone feels welcome is so special I hope you are here forever!!!

What an utterly terrible experience. To be grunted at instead of spoken to when having my order taken. Seriously she grunted instead of using words. Wrong food order at least it was tasty but how do you forget the bacon on the egg and bacon sandwich? Also, how about a receipt? I asked but the cashier walked away. Overall, I could tell why the place was completely empty. Terrible service. Food is pretty okay but I can?t believe how bad the service was. It deserves an award for how bad she was.
