Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Blythe

The restaurant is clean and has a lovely decor, and the service was satisfactory. However, the food left much to be desired. The chicken sandwiches were extremely greasy; I had to use several napkins just to soak up some of the grease. The fries were a clump of potatoes all stuck together, which was rather surprising to see served. Since we ordered to go, we didn't realize this until we were already on the freeway; otherwise, I would have returned the order (which is something I rarely do!). It seems like they’re so focused on churning out food that they forget there are people who actually have to eat it.

I was traveling with my sister several days after our father's funeral. We decided to stop at Popeyes for brunch ???? The young man (didn't get his name really but I think it was William) at the drive through, who put our order together, was very kind andhelpful. We did have to wait a few minutes and he very politely explained why. Besides good food we had a really niceexperience. ????????

We clarified our order multiple times, but it still turned out to be incorrect. The wait was quite lengthy, which was frustrating since we were hoping for a quick stop to grab some food during our long trip. Unfortunately, the stop wasn't quick at all, and discovering that our order was wrong added to our disappointment.

The interior was quite warm, but it was very clean! The new cashier did an excellent job taking our orders during the lunch rush. A group of us were traveling, so having access to a restroom was essential. It was clean and well-stocked. The staff worked efficiently and managed to get everyone’s orders out fairly quickly.

Went to purchase a 12 piece meal as advertised on the order menu. Gave them the two sides we wanted. They said they don't offer that any more. But they still are advertising it. When asked to speak to a manager. Still no help. So we asked for the regionalmanagers number. We were told they can't give that information out. We love Popeyes but this store has some issues. They willbe hard pressed to earn our business again.
