There is always an excuse here. Being in Bluffton is a pretty good one. But there is problem every time. They are always trying to con their own customer assurance systems. The food was excellent, the service was commendable, and the restaurant was spotless. I dined in for breakfast, and the price was around $20–30 per person. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.

The wait times were absolutely ridiculous. I waited over 15 minutes for biscuits and gravy, only to be informed that they had run out of gravy. I then ordered another biscuit with sausage and a loaded biscuit, but the service was just awful. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here; find a better Hardee’s location. The cook also seemed to have an attitude with the cashier. There were no orders being served. Meal type: Breakfast.
