Firehouse Subs Low Country Village

Terrible service, no greeting, only saw me order, never said thank you, 32 Malphrus street location, had no name sign on, young girls with glasses, I support the firedept, not rudeness, the guy with the knit hat was loud, I go back to Subway

My wife came from Savannah to Bluffton. We visited Firehouse Subs (for the first time). When she came in, a Lord took her orders. As my wife ordered the food, the female worker says next to the cashier?oh my God. under her breath. Then someone says someone's watching.? I understand it was later in the evening, but that's unacceptable. I will certainly not return this place again. And if this is the general setting of Firehouse Subs, this is the first and last time I will ever give them my business as a company. We visited this place at 02AUG22 at 8:30.

This is the only restaurant in Bluffton that actually still welcomes customers at the door. I don't care if it's short staff or how long we waited. Recognition is a top priority. Food is always great and I have been returning as a local for many years.

My salad would have been good if it was made as I ordered online!!!! I tried to call the restaurant several times, but never get an answer!
