Dunkin' - Bluffton

This coffee and donut shop is quite average and definitely not my preferred choice.

I visited this coffee shop today to work on my laptop, and I must say, the employees are exceptional. I heard a few names like Monica Blake and Ashley Amanda during my time there, and their teamwork truly stood out. They were all supportive of one another, helping to keep track of orders and ensuring attention to detail. The staff was not only friendly to customers but also quick and efficient in delivering food. Although I don’t know all their names, this location is one of the nicest I've experienced. In the service industry, these employees deserve recognition for their positive and cheerful attitude as they served customers with genuine smiles. They definitely deserve a bonus! My visit was on September 2 at 11 AM at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Okatie.

I placed a walk-in order through the app since curbside service was not available. After my order and payment were accepted, I arrived at the store only to find that walk-in service was closed. I had to get in the drive-thru line since I had already paid, which made me late for work. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and the poor communication. This isn't the first time I've encountered an issue at this location, and I won't be coming back!

I usually run through the drive-thru it's my go-to for a good breakfast affordable and on the Fly the coffee is always great too people that work there very nice super
