Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Bluffton

Lady at the drive-through was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my girlfriend as we tried to place an order through the microphone she would not listen or take any of our simple alterations like no lettuce or tomatoes on the burger. my girlfriend is a very loyal customer and is currently six months pregnant and it was craving some DQ ice cream and burgers and went home. Very disappointed because of the customer service.

Just left the empty store! We stood there, while the employees spoke to each other and ignored our party of three. Obviously customer service is not an important part of their training, and Dairy Queen’s business practice. Will take my business to Rita’s!

Carlos and Ericka are the GOATS! (Greatest of all Time) As someone who has gone to Dairy Queens all his life, I can vouch that they KNOW how to make my usual favorite, Cookie Dough Blizzards with extra extra extra extra cookie dough and Oreos.I can't say that about every Dairy Queen. Great staff, I'll be a regular here for sure. Thumbs up!

Drive thru! The lady at the window was very friendly and service was great!

Great service the last two visits. Quick and friendly. Loved that they have a butterscotch dipped cone option. We have a tradition now that we stop here after school once a week.
