Kembali - BLUEYS BEACH

We randomly decided to stop for coffee without any expectations. To our surprise, the coffee was the best we've had in 2 weeks and the muffin was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be recommending this place.

Over two weeks at Boomerang Beach we enjoyed coffee, cakes, snacks and lunch in Kembali almost every day. Everything was excellent and our lunches were mainly interesting combinations of ingredients, generous portions and very tasty. Service was friendly, fast and attentive and we were very impressed.

This restaurant is a fantastic new addition to the local dining scene. The atmosphere is relaxed and the Indonesian-style food is delicious. It's perfect for a beachside location like Blueys. We've been a few times and last night we enjoyed the coconut mussels and tempura ice plant. It feels like being in Bali on a warm summer evening. They even serve Bintang beer.

I visited this restaurant about 2 years ago and found the menu to be interesting, the service fantastic, and the food and atmosphere great. I returned on June 27, 2022. Despite the cold wind, we had to sit outside due to the loud music inside. The menu was still intriguing, but unfortunately, the food was cold and even the coffee was not hot. The atmosphere, sitting outside in the cold and wind, was not enjoyable. The staff appeared tired and the café's interior seemed worn down. Hopefully, we just caught them on a bad day, as normally the food is served warm. Even the supposedly hot bowl of chips were cold.

Breakfast strictly only until 11am, lunch only from 11:30am, rude, abrupt and condescending between 11-11:30am, dont even try to order at 11:15am...go across the road to Drift Cafe where they are friendly, better priced and serve all menu items no matter the time of day!
