Firehouse Subs Antioch Mall

The staff at this restaurant are always friendly, but they are consistently short-staffed during busy lunch hours.

When I visited the restaurant, I noticed a sign recommending the sub on garlic bread. Excited to try it, I ordered a cuban on garlic bread. However, the older lady who took my order seemed grumpy and insisted I choose between white or wheat bread. I explained that I wanted the new garlic bread, but she still required me to choose between white or wheat. Assuming it was a system requirement for the new item, I selected white bread. Unfortunately, when I returned home and opened my sandwich, it was on white bread and extremely soggy. I ended up having to eat it with a fork. This experience was my first time trying Firehouse, and it will likely be my last visit to that specific location.
