Cafe Sophia - Blue Summit

Stopped here for a late breakfast today and was not disappointed. Food was great, especially biscuit and gravy! Waitress was wonderful ! Her name was Maddie. If you haven’t eaten here, you’re missing out. Highly recommend!

I was blown away by the new Corner Restaurant! A delicious new menu, reasonable prices, a comfortable atmosphere, friendly service, AND a full bar (Blood Orange Mimosas, anyone? ?!?

We went to the restaurant for Thanksgiving, for which they had a special menu served family-style. It was all delicious. The cocktails were very nice too, if a bit pricey.

Quick and excellent coffee. The espresso was rich in flavor and helped me through the rest of my afternoon. The service was friendly.

This little cozy restaurant is so delicious. The pumpkin roll, biscuits and hash browns are carb heaven. Eggs and thick cut bacon were great too.
