Aladdin Cafe - Blue Summit

INCREDIBLE FIND on our first time in KC. This food was so good my husband and I barely talked because we just were enjoying our food LOL. Big servings so had a lot of left overs, very reasonably priced, great flavor, great value, and Jonathan our server was so friendly! Lentil soup is truly amazing! Voted one of the BEST plant based restaurants on KC, and I know why, great for vegetarians. I hope you get to enjoy this hidden gem.

I'm so so sorry for not posting this earlier as I thought I had done. This place is nestled on the game 39th Street area of KC near the Kansas border and the area is almost as amazing as the food. I took a group here as we transitioned from an art gallery to a museum. As you walk in you can see the kitchen area to your right and smell the aroma of wonderfulness that will possibly excite your mouth palette. I chose the Aladdin's Gyro Platter but after seeing and smelling the Curry Chicken, I think it would've been a better choice. Don't get me wrong I devoured my meal but the aroma of the curry made my mouth water with every bite others took of their meal. I hope I'm able to go back again with this group or by myself in order to have the Curry Chicken plus maybe a different dish. I have a feeling no matter what's chosen, you won't be disappointed.

The Gyro Hummus is incredible, the meat is flavorful tender. The Petra Platter is also so full of flavor this is some of the best Mediterranean food in KC today

We came here at the glowing recommendation of many friends, and were not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious and the service super friendly and very fast! Jess was super friendly and offered recommendations to us that were absolutely amazing! We will 100% be coming back!
