Olive Garden Italian - Blue Springs

The staff at this restaurant is friendly and efficient, the food is warm and delicious, and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend trying the shrimp and chicken carbonara. The salads are also cold and fresh.

I used to love this restaurant, especially for their salads. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed to find that the salad was no longer as good as it used to be. The freshness and crispness I once enjoyed, along with the delicious vinaigrette, were missing this time.

It was a long day and was happy to board at 8:30. Toasted ravioli, Peach Bellini drink was delicious, Zuppa Toscano soup, my favorite. Try the new shrimp fritto misto and of course the breadsticks. Good food and our server was great!

My son, daughter, two-year-old grandson, and I came right before dinner. We sat immediately and had a Booster seat and a children's menu. Our waitress (I'm afraid I can't remember her name) was enthusiastic and very attentive, and I noticed that there were servers and other employees who were almost constantly working to measure the dining area and make sure everyone looked after. Our orders were served quickly, the food was delicious, and our waitress seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. Overall a very pleasant experience!
