Domino's Pizza - Blue Ridge

My experience was no so good. Pizza was scheduled online for delivery at 10:30 pm. Driver showed up with the pizza and it was the wrong one. I was ready to eat and go to bed, so I offered to just take it even though it was wrong. However, the driversaid they can't do that. He said they would need to make me a new pizza. I assumed it would be like 30 minutes since dominoeswas 2 minutes away from my hotel.... NOPE... I called at around 11:30 pm and was promptly hung up on. It finally showed up atalmost midnight. Driver was a nice guy and the pizza was ok, but the wait was not worth it.

The food is good, IF they even answer the phone. This location has it clearly posted across the door, as well as on the websites that they stop delivering at 12am. In my experience every time I've called them past 10pm, they REFUSE to pick up the phone.It's ridiculous. I even drove to their parking lot and called while looking through the window, only to watch the employee pickup the phone and hang it back up. Corporate needs to pay this blue ridge Ga location a visit.

Thank you soooo much Crystal and the DM of this store! I am on a retreat with friends and we checked in pretty late. Not realizing how far into the mountains we were going to be... we arrived and had no food close to grab. We spoke with Crystal right before closing and was able to place an order. The DM brought the food to us well after the store closed. They were a lifesaver and after being in a car all day this food was just what we needed! Thank you again fot such excellent customer service!!!

Our Blue Ridge Georgia Domino Pizza is probably the best store I've ever used, they're good to get perfect on my order and their customer service is excellently friendly staff. My food and service are always perfected.

I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here. I ordered two specialty pizzas, and both were severely undercooked. Moreover, they skimped on the toppings. To make matters worse, they messed up my order and had to remake the pizzas, which made me wait an additional 10 minutes in the parking lot.
